Campus Placement process
Finbridge® Program

Step 1: Industrial Training
-
6-12 months of industrial training (depending on recruiter) at stipends ranging from INR 35,000 - 57,500 per month.

Step 2: Full time offer
-
Post completion of Industrial training candidates are awarded pre-placement offers from the same recruiters.

We take full end to end responsibility of full time placement hence If any recruiter lets go of the candidate at the end of Internship due to organisational constraints and not owing to any performance issue, our placement team takes additional efforts to place these young trainees on full time roles with another recruiter without compromising on our campus packages and Job profiles.
Finplus Program

Finplus program graduates who represent the final semester/graduate cohort or working professionals are placed directly in full-time roles.

While candidates who are still in the 4th/5th Semester of college follow the same process of Finbridge Program mentioned above.
