He grew up in Akola and built his early career at Goldman Sachs, Morningstar, and MSCI. Those experiences shaped the standards he brings into the classroom today: clarity in reasoning, accuracy in analysis, and the ability to evaluate businesses with depth. When he transitioned into education, he carried these expectations forward and designed training methods that reflect how real analyst teams operate.

Over the years, he have trained thousands of students, built a recruiter network of more than 400 firms including some of top 50 Investment Management and capital markets firms of India. Due to this extensive network today Finbridge and Finplus Program boast of 120+ marquee campus recruiters.

He has conducted 400+ in-person finance counseling and workshop sessions across India including some of the top commerce colleges and Engineering institutions. He has also been a guest speaker at BFSI sector skill council of India (A government body focused on improving skill sets among students for Banking & financial industry). Mr. Bhala has also been on boarded as a mentor & Independent director multiples times by Western India Chartered Accountants Students Association of ICAI (The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India) for their business case study competitions.

He also hosts the Learn from Stalwart Series, where students get to meet CIOs, senior investors, and analysts, and understand how real finance professionals think and make decisions.

His aim is straightforward: Help students move from basic understanding to producing work that aligns with professional expectations in competitive finance roles.
